What to include

  • Your name and account email, if you have a FlowAgent account.
  • Your brokerage, team, or agent name if the request relates to a lead record.
  • The lead email or phone number involved, if you are requesting access, deletion, unsubscribe, or do-not-contact handling.
  • Screenshots, call IDs, message IDs, timestamps, or error messages when reporting a product issue.

Privacy and deletion requests

You can request access, correction, deletion, or opt-out handling by emailing support@flowagentcorp.com. Some records are controlled by the real estate professional or brokerage using FlowAgent, so we may need to verify your identity, identify the relevant customer account, or route the request to that customer.

Leads who received an automated FlowAgent email should use the unsubscribe link in that email when available. You can also contact the real estate professional directly and ask them to stop automated follow-up.

Security reports

Please report suspected vulnerabilities, exposed credentials, unauthorized access, webhook signature issues, or data exposure to support@flowagentcorp.com. Include enough detail for us to reproduce the issue safely. Do not access, modify, delete, or exfiltrate data that does not belong to you.
